High Primers

Otherwise, what brand of brass and primers are you using? Have either changed recently? Does this happen 100% of the time? If yes, check the primer seater assembly and make sure it is threaded snug up into the underside of the platform, using a 9/16" open-end wrench.
There should be plenty of overtravel to seat a primer, even with a bit of wear on the punch support bracket. Push down on the edge of the shellplate at station 4. If it feels springy, then the shellplate bolt needs to be tighter.
