How does the NRA Discount work

How does the purchase of an NRA membership through Dillon Precision work? I ordered two memberships and have only received the discount coupons so far. I know that things may be delayed due to the recent rush but just wanted an idea of how the process works and what I should expect.

We submit NRA memberships to the NRA twice a month. Under normal times, it takes the NRA about 6 weeks from the time we submit the membership to send something to the new member. Right now, it is taking 9-12 weeks, due to the volume of new memberships.
