How long should you run Rt1200

I have a RT1200 on a Dillon 550B and am trimming 223 and 5.56. I noticed that the motor gets warm after a while. I was wondering how long (time-wise) can I run the RT1200 continuously without worrying about thermal damage to the motor? Right now I've been giving it breaks every 200 rounds to cool down (approximately 30-40 minutes).

RT1200 runs warm to hot. I have run lots of 1500 or more with no ill effects.
