how to change primer magazine

I am trying to change the primer magazine

According to the manual all I have to do is remove the shield cap and pull the magzaine up

I am unable to pull it up as the magzaine seems stuck

Please advise

I had to take a punch and punch mine from the bottom. Since you have to change the disc anyway. You should already have the primer system out. With the primer disc removed. You can see the brass end of the primer tube. Carefully use a correct sized punch and give it a couple hits with a hammer. It will come out. Mine came from the factory with the small primer installed. And was the one I had trouble removing.

I am having the same problem. The magazine tube in the shield will not come out. Also I got 2 different length tubes. What's up with that
