Quote from Reloader on February 13, 2013, 3:25 amI sent them a fax on their fax line along with my printed purchase order instructing them on items that I wanted removed. I didn't get a response but just like at my job I used the fax as my receipt. It's really a shame of the situation the industry is in right now...bullets,primers cases etc...as a newbie it's just unbelievable how even info and talking to someone has dried up. But to Dillon's credit they have jacked the prices up and most of the help I get on my 550B when I have troubles are from owners of Dillon presses. AND THAT'S WHY I PURCHASED MINE.....PAST SATISFIED CUSTOMERS...hope this helps.
