How to setup dies for 10mm

Hi guys,

I have a Square Deal B that I use to reload .40 S&W. I bought a spare set of dies to reload 10mm, so I don't have to keep changing the settings back and forth between the two calibers. I have a spare toolhead, and was wondering if anyone had some good starting settings for the dies for 10mm?
