Igniting Primers
Quote from Reloader on November 24, 2008, 12:33 pmI am loading 9mm now & I have had about every 10'th round has trouble seating the primer. It requires a little extra force. I have had 2 primers explode as I was seating them. I am using the Federal primers because that is all I could get. Any suggestions on why the primers don't seat properly? I thought it was just the Hornady brass because most of them that were tough were Hornady's but then I noticed that some of the Hornady's were fine & some of the other headstamps were being a bear too.
