Quote from Reloader on January 5, 2010, 5:25 pmI have loaded 7mm mag and 300 wsm on my dillon 550. I have used IMR powders but find that the ball powders meter much better. There are several ball powders that work well in the 7 Mag. I have loaded my 7mm mag using my large powder die but it is limited on the charge weight. With IMR powders amount of grains will even be less then ball powder. Just ordered a magmum powder bar today that can throw higher powder charges as the 300 wsm takes more powder then the standard large bar can throw. Been loading for 40 plus years and load about 40 calibers on my dillon 550. Hope this helps you.
