Quote from Reloader on January 30, 2014, 12:09 amI cant seem to get an accurate Measure every cartridge and when i am shooting you can tell a big differrence in at least 2-3 of my .45 ACP rounds. Anyone know how to correct this? I am new to reloading and i have the XL650 All Dillon Components.
Thanks for any help,

Quote from Reloader on January 30, 2014, 5:05 pmIt sounds like the powder bar is not being moved completely over and back. Be sure cases are flared at least .010-.020" larger than a sized, unflared case. Next, be sure the blue wing nut on the bottom o f the failsafe rod is tight enough to fully retract the powder bar as well. When you push forward on the handle to seat a primer the coil spring above the blue wing nut should partially collapse. Be sure you start with the powder hopper at least 2/3 full.throw 10-15 charges to settle the powder under the baffle before you begin weighing charges.
If necessary, phone us when you are in front of the machine.
