Indexing Arm Spring Problems

I am having trouble placing the Primer Station Locator Tab with the Indexing Arm Spring on the Primer System Assembly. The springs continually pops out of the tab and flies across the floor. It seems no matter how I try to attach the 10/24x1/4 BH Screw, the spring pop out. Any help would be great.

Be sure the tab isn't bent where the spring pushes on it. Typically you hold the tab flush against the base of the primer feed body while you insert the bushing and bolt, then tighten them.
