indexing ring damaged

Hi everyone, mi name Alfredo Quevedo, I live in Argentina and I am an owner of a 650XL press. Yesterday, while I was realoading 9mm ammo the shellholder got stucked and since I didnt noticed it the indexing ring was damaged. I wanted to ask if anyone knows if Dillon send replacement parts outside USA?. In addition, does anyone knows if there is any sort of tutorial on how to change tis part?. I heared that an alignment tool is needed to align the primer disk. Since I dont have this part, does anyone knows if it is possible to realign the disk by visual inpection?
