Is Dillon skipping a die? Or what do you folks do for straight walled pistol cases?
Quote from Reloader on September 6, 2014, 9:39 pmWhen shooting in SASS with black powder loaded (and home cast and lubed bullets) on a single stage press, Dillon's carbide three die set saved me countless hours of headache and trouble. All I had to do on both the seating and crimping dies was to pop a pin and drop out the innards to clean, replace and keep on a loading. The first dies I used I'd spend 30 minutes cleaning and adjusting the dies for every four or five minutes loading I kid you not. Thus the Dillon die purchase. SASS was eon's ago and I forgot what I did for sure, but where is the belling operation out of this three die set for 45LC or what do you folks do with your straight walled pistol case and the Dillon carbide three die set? Smithy.
