First of all I would change the color of this survey.You can hardly read the dark(black/grey)areas of the survey.Next I had to order more of the Delrin Shoulder Washers because 2 of them broke in a machine that is only a month old.And third a $7.49 charge for shipping that you could stick in an envelope for under 50 cents or even put in a usps flat rate envelope for less than $5.00.
