Just acquired a Square Deal B

Hey guys. I just acquired a Square Deal B and I'm very excited about it. However there is some rust on some parts and I'm not 100% sure that's its functional 100%. What would the cost be if I were to send it in for a function check and also to have some worn/rusted parts replaced/refinished?

Also, it came with a couple of die sets: .45acp, .38/357. Is the shell plate/die system (.38/357) ok to use for 9mm or is it way off? I'm looking for this to replace the Lee Pro 1000 press for 9mm.
