Just ordered a 550B

Anyone have a rough guess on turn around time on this? Been putting off loading on my current press so that I can get this puppy tuned right and in production.

It usually takes us two business days to process and ship an order.

Ordered mine 2/13, called twice was told last night it would go out last night but knew that wasn't true they haven't even taken any money off my card. Extremely frustrating and personally I find it highly unprofessional.
