Lee Bullet Seating Die Not Seating Deep enough

I just bought a new 550B. I am in the process of setting everything up the first time. I decided to use my existing Lee dies. Set up the decapping/resizing die just fine.

I am using the Dillon power die. Now I am installing the bullet seating die. I screwed the die to the shell plate, backed it out and backed out the bullet seating screw. Started the adjustment and can only get the OAL to 1.44 inch. I need to get to 1.20 for the load.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Figured it out
