Locator Pin #2 or #3?

I load 40 S&W. My SDB press came with #2 locator buttons. I requested a replacement and was sent a #3. Which is correct? If the #3 in wrong, I would like to swap it for a #2.

For future reference, what calibers correspond to the number on the buttons?

#2 is the correct button for 40 S&W. There is a chart on page 12 of the manual for this. #3 is for 9mm, 380Super, .380 ACP. Please send an email with your request, including your address. We will mail one to you.
