Long tech help wait

Emailed dillon for tech question, was told that email response time is up to 2 weeks.  Is everyone is the world buying reloaders?  I guess I'd had better stock up on more supplies than I already have if we are about to enter the world of high demand.

hey fellow reloader... yes, everyone in the world IS buying them, and too many of the new reloaders have zero patience and understanding of what is happening in the industry. They're a couple weeks out for an email, or you can use the forums (lots of smart/experienced people here) if all you need is info, or you can call in - their call queue holds 30 callers at a time, and hold time once you get into the queue has been anywhere from 30 min to 1 hr and 15 min in my experience.

David:

Weeks ago I tried to call Dillon late in the morning, their time, the phone rang and rang, busy.  I tried several more times and gave up for the day.  I tried the next day, and after a couple times, got into the que.  At that point, got the barker and waited on hold for little over an hour.  I finally got to talk with a person, discussed my problem and they shipped the parts, they came in earlier than they said they would.  I agree with others, don't know why they don't put more people on, but we also know these are unusual times.  Normally, you get right in and can talk as long as you want, but I kept my conversation short to allow more time for others.
