Lube for the 1050

I just got done loading ~3k worth of 223 in 4 hours. I have disassembled the unit to clean it. What Lube does Dillon recommend to "relube" the areas as stated in the manual? Also, any other gotcha's when assembling the super 1050 back together?

Use 30 wt motor oil on the shaft, grease everywhere else.
