M1Garand&M14

Does anyone make an Exact replica of the M1Garand and the M14 in .22 cal.
If not how hard would it be to get someone to do this?
And would you want one?
I know I would buy a couple of each!

The closest you would get would be a Ruger Mini-14 in 223, with a Ceiner 22 rimfire conversion kit.
