We need you to phone or email, and provide your address information so we can create a return authorization for you. Then you ship it to our street address. Current in-house turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
The current cost for SDB clean and lube service is $45.95, which includes return shipping. Parts will be cleaned up. If they can't be cleaned due to rust, if the rust affects the operation of the machine then the parts are replaced. Parts are not replaced solely for cosmetic reasons however.
