Quote from Reloader on October 1, 2012, 2:52 pmHow far into the upstroke of the handle does it get blocked? It is most likely the stamped steel loaded cartridge chute catching under the platform near the end of the upstroke, although the ring indexer binding from lack of grease is a less likely possibility.
If you can't determine the cause, phone us while you are in front of the machine for assistance.

Quote from Reloader on December 6, 2012, 2:27 pmMake sure you don't do what I did - pull the handle back to check the clearance on the bench, and not checking the machine before doing that. One of my powder check rods was stuck in the machine and I ended up bending it all out of whack - in fact, it's twisted.
Word to the wise: Always, always, always check the machine and its moving parts before you start tugging on the handle. It'll save you the $13.95 for a new rod, and the shipping, etc., headaches from not being able to use the system......
