mainspring & tool head rod

I just gt my 1050 and started to load .308 win. the toolhead guide rod where the main spring rides fell out of the tool head and spring got bent up.

Am i missing a set screw or it the guid rod pressed in?
is this a faulty tool head?

any help would be great.

These pins are pressed in. We can either install a set screw to secure it, or you can use green loctite to secure it in place.
