Many problems with 10mm

Hi,
Having the following problems loading 10mm.

1. SIZING: Maybe it's the brass, maybe it's the gun, I don't know, but when sizing Sellier and Bellot once fired cases (from my Glock 20 gen4), it takes an enormous amount of effort to size them. Even pulling the case out (up-stroke) is hard. I know Glocks have a reputation, but these cases look almost bulge free. Also, after sizing there is a pronounced circumferential ring left at the bottom of the case where the sizer stopped. It juts out enough to prevent it from dropping into the Dillon 10mm case gage. It will chamber, however.

2. POWDER: I find that down stroke is fine, but when I extract the case from the powder die, it sticks severely. I took 1200grit to the die and it still sticks. However, when I use other 10mm brass (not fired from my G20), it works fine.

3. POWDER: I use 700X and I absolutely can't throw a consistent charge. It varies by over half a grain. I put a very modest amount of bell on the case mouth. I find it impossible to follow the directions by having the powder bar reach it's full cycle at the bottom of the down stroke. I get zero bell that way. The manual makes it a point telling the user to "STOP" if you can keep lowering the handle after the powder has reached it's terminal range.

4. BULLET SEATING: Again, I can't get a consistent depth. I was really surprised by this. It can be off as much as a tenth (it so much it's visibly long to the eye). It seems to happen the most with the Sellier and Bellot brass.

5. BULLET: All the seated bullets look off center. If you spin the case in your fingers you can see the pronounced outline in the brass of the bullet on one side. Does this matter? If so, how do i fix it?

I ordered some Starline, hoping this would help, but would love some help from the forum. Thanks in advance for everyone's replies.

Try using a modest amount of case lube on the brass before sizing. This should noticeably reduce the amount of effort needed to size the case. For cases sticking on the funnel, how do you clean your cases? Wet cleaned brass lacks the light carbon residue that acts as a lubricant on the powder funnel.
You need to flare the case at least .010" larger than a sized, unflared case measures to ensure the powder bar is pushed completely over. 700-X is a small flake powder, and should meter within +/- .1 grain.
Be sure the bullet seating stem that best matches the nose profile of your bullet is the one being used. OAL can commonly vary up to +/- .010" , depending on the quality of the projectiles being used.
To better seat bullets, loosen the two clamp screws on the powder die clamp. Have a fired case in station 1, and a sized case in station 2. Pull the handle down. While the handle is down, tighten the horizontal clamp screw first, then just snug the vertical screw that goes down into the frame. This ensures the expander funnel is centered in the case. You should still see the outline of the base of the bullet in the case, but it should be 360 degrees, or close to it.
