mini-shells on SL900?

Can I load shorter than 2-3/4" on an SL900? I'd love to be able to load up some 1-1/2" - 1-3/4" shells (aguila minis) with #8 shot since aguila only makes 7.5 and they can be problematic to find.

you can adjust down to about 2 1/2", with a conventional crimped hull. It won't adjust shorter than that
