NIB SUPER 1050 and DOES NOT WORK :'-(

Hello,

I have received my SUPER 1050 (NIB) and when it will mounted, it does not work:

There is a problem with the parts 11688 Toolhead Ratchet and 13376 Ratchet Restriction Tab.

Please, help me !!!
