NO-B.S. warranty ROCKS!!!

I Just want to thank Tim V. for his help last week! I was setting up my XL650 for .44mag, and some how the loaded round chute to the bin got tweaked. It crashed into the station one brass feeder slider and split the rail on the bottom of it, the chain reaction then took out the cam block boss that sits on top of it, pulling the threads out of the block and cracking it. Yes I forced it, thinking it was just a case sticking in the powder funnel/belling station. I got on here and looked up the part #s fully expecting to pay for it as I created the problem by not paying attention. I got on the phone knowing I would be on hold for a while plugged my bluetooth into the side of my head and did some cleaning in the shop. Tim knew exactly what I needed and had the order placed before I could finish telling him the horror story of my day. I said ok, you ready for the card # he said no its covered. I have had this press nearly ten years now, and never had to use the warranty, and really did not expect the reply I got as I was the one who caused the problem.  Tim was probably glad to take my call, as he had most likely spent most of his day answering the $64,000 question, "when is my order going to ship?". I don't envy you Tim! LOL My hat is off to you and all the staff at Dillon! I am a small business owner and I can relate, somewhat, to what you guys have in front of you. Before I had "the fire" some ten years ago, and lost all my guns and reloading equipment, I had a different brand (will leave it at that) of presses and equipment, and never, ever got the quality of equipment, as well as customer service as I have from Dillon. I have probably referred 15 plus people to Dillons website this past week alone. I work directly with the public daily, and talk to many people one on one. I have a feeling there is a light at the end of the tunnel but its a real long tunnel. Keep up the great equipment and keep help like Tim V. around and Dillon will continue to be a strong successful company!

I agree, Dillon's no BS gaurantee is the best.  I've used their presses for about 15 years.  Now have a 650 and 3 SDB's.  Over the years I have worn out or broken a piece or 2 or 3.  Dillon has always come through even when it was due to my stupidity.  I have used other presses in the past but am a die hard Blue fan.  You can buy cheaper but not better.  I recommend Dillon equipment to anyone that asks my opinion.  Their dies are the best in my opinion, and I think I've got dies from every major die manufacturer out there.
