No BS??

I have been attempting for approximately 2 months to purchase a .222 Remington case trimmer die for my 1200B case trimmer. No one at Dillon will give me ANY information regarding when or if it will be available. So, I have an expensive decoration sitting on my reloading bench because Dillon cannot supply me with the necessary die to make use of the piece of equipment they supplied. It seems to me that this qualifies as bonified BS!

Toyman,

I suggest you recheck, as we have 18 in stock on the shelf at this time. Do you have one on order? If so, contact us as we've had these for several weeks.

I CHECKED YESTERDAY!!!!!!

Can't keep everybody happy, imagine that.
I have been nothing but pleased with the support I have received from Dillon

Well, after all that, I wonder if Toyman got his trimmer die.  I can't agree more with panther308, EVERY time I've called Dillon, they've been extremely helpful.  I'll give one call a dubious, but hey, it could have been a bad day for the guy.  All in all, I think the company philosophy is one that is sorely lacking in many businesses today.  No, the customer is not always right, but if you want repeat business, you'd better treat the customer right.  Dillon does that with style and high quality products and help.

toyman ought to change his name to toyBOY, I have always had a successful interaction with all the people I've done business with for the past 10 yrs.  I have also had a problem or two with lost or broken parts, and if the part was a small or problematic part (lost springs, broken parts etc... they would send me 2 or 3 parts for future use instead of having to call back for one, that's good service!!! If Toyboy took yhe time to investigate, he would find that Dillon is the ONLY reloading co. out there that gives replacement parts free and no questions asked. I will always have Dillon products, so will the 4 friends that bought Dillon loaders and equip. after they saw my set-up and learned of Dillon's no BS policy. It burns my butt when some whiner starts crying and bad-mouthing som  eone 'cause they don't know what they're doing. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS, My friend had 4 650's and loaded ammo for extra income because he is handicapped, his house burned to the ground and his insurance had lapsed due to financial strain, and DILLON sent him 4 complete set-ups in different calibers 'cause they had all his info on they're computer. NAME ONE OTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DO THAT !!! I happened to be there when they were delivered , and he actually started to cry, It took me, him, and the UPS guy 15 minutes to unload all the stuff they sent him, My hat's off to Dillon, god bless and keep on what you're doing Dillon, You actually "saved his life in time of need".

Dave,  That's one great story.  I'm glad your friend was able to get started again with the reloading.  I wish he could have had as much success with getting his house repaired and the contents as he did with Dillon sending him 4 XL650x.

There are good guys in the world, and a bunch of 'em work for Mike Dillon.
