No BS Guarantee

I have had to return one or two items of equipment under guarantee due to manufacturing defects or faults and have always received good service from the various companies, but nothing has ever matched the service that I have received from Dillon. My only disappointment with Dillon is the availability of spares and dealers in the UK, but this has in recent years been lessened by the use of the internet. Enquiries to Dillon via e mail have always been replied to very promptly and a knowledgeable response has always been given. I hope the company continues to thrive and to serve shooters in the same manner for many years to come.

I got 2 about a month ago and then when i called the other day it was the following. "Your ram isn't adjusted properly" That's not the case since it works most of the time with 40's. The 9's no problems. I figured out what it was and when i tried to explain my findings to the tech this is what i got "don't you sort your cases?" the answer to that is I use a casepro 100 to get the bulge out, so yes i sort my cases.
Well to make a long story short he wasn't interested in listening he was just interested in selling me some station 1 locators. Not sure if that a no BS warranty!

I called to see if I could buy a replacement they wouldn't hear of it and sent a whole new primer assy.
