No BS warranty?

I broke my decapping pin and chipped the neck resizer on my Dillon .223 die today. I called in and talked to Matt to get them replaced under warranty, but he stated that he needed to charge me for them since they're like tires and they wear out. I know that they do sell spares in the catalog, but everyone else that has done this has always got a 5 pack sent to them in the mail at no charge. Is this a warranty item that is covered? Thanks in advance

I have seen posts about the pins being replaced but not the dies. Good luck with your issue.

Offer to send in the die and see what they say. I'm sure, especially in today's economy, there are a lot of people trying to get free warranty stuff to resell.

I have no problem sending it in. I'm waiting for Dillon to reply.

How in the world did you make contact. After hearing about their fantastic customer service, I bought a new 650. It can defective so I attempted to contact them. Calling is a joke as you can never get through. I tried email contact. I have sent two email asking what to do about the problem. It has been a month now, and I have heard nothing. I would really like to start using the press. I only have experience in contacting Lee Precision and RCBS with small issues. Both will respond in about three days. I have never had to pay for anything from customer service at RCBS. So who has the no BS warranty. The companies you can contact, or the one that feel off the face of the earth after my $600.00 purchase.
