Quote from Reloader on August 11, 2017, 11:59 amReally?? You are impatient so Dillon is a liar on the warranty.
I work in product development for a world wide manufacture. So I understand a few things on both sides of the fence and I also reload a lot . A no BS warrant does not mean to kiss your butt.
This guy is impatient and if he is doing some serious large amount of reloading then he needs to step it up. I have two Xl 650 and have broken some big stuff. Yes you will have down time and if that is a serious problem for you then get another machine. You said that's not a option for you. So apparently you don't reload as much as you indicated. Just impatient.**For those who are looking at Dillon for your first time go for it. I have owned several other brands and Dillon IS the Best in my opinion. I have been with them for a very long time. They do have a no BS warranty. Theres no hoop or strings attached to them fixing or replacing.Try taking a car to the dealer with over 100,000 miles on it and asking them to replace any part for free.

Quote from Reloader on December 29, 2017, 4:04 amWow, $90? Doesn't seem that bad, but there are policies, and can you really expect the average Joe to properly diagnose his problem? Plus, as a manufacturer/contractor, I'm sure they like to see how things wear out or break. I know I would. It just doesn't seem like BS to me, that's all. Maybe they just need to know that you are not these guys performing destructive testing on their product: https://youtu.be/Z5qABRaPGoE

Quote from Reloader on March 5, 2019, 4:48 pmI purchased my XL- 650 around 5 years and it has been an absolute pleasure to use. Recently I started having issues with the priming unit and ordered a complete new unit and several other parts that I used out of my repair kit trying to repair the old one. After combing over the "forum",doing a through cleaning and noticing very visible wear I sent an e-mail to Dillon addressing my problems and concerns ! I was told the part (s) were covered by warranty and issued a RMA to return it. I had already received the new unit and parts that I ordered but was unable to get the old one to function properly. I packed it up and sent it to Dillon and ,to my surprise, they replaced the entire unit !!!!!! That, my friend, is their NO BULLS_ _ T warranty in action!!! Yes, I paid for my new unit and parts ,But that was my choice. Their choice was to stand behind their product and warranty ......
Only one loader better the a Dillon........ That is TWO OF THEM!!!!!! Happy Camper.......
