Instead of trying to repair and clean the press myself, I forked over $15 to UPS and shipped the unit back to Dillon. As I was shipping in a generic box I stripped the unit of all parts I thought could get bent/broken or lost.
Yesterday I received back my nice clean and repaired press complete with all new replacement parts for those that I removed.Service from this company is the best. I have received nothing but the very best in service and help when ever i needed it, other Companies do not even come close to what Dillon does.
