no help

Whats up?? I've tryed to call for over 3 weeks now and have e-mailed you. I have a broken 650 and need help. Your no BS warranty smells like BS to me

What is broken, maybe some of us fellow reloaders can help. I know they are busier than they have been since 94.. I tried the secondary number and got through on the fifth ring. Got transferred to sales and spent thirty minutes on hold before giving up. I will try when things are slower for them Their warranty rocks, sorry you are having difficulty.

What is broke, some of us have bought spare parts kits and might be able to help.

They are simply swamped. We just need to be patient at this time.
I too sent them a email the other day regarding a broken bit on my
650 powder drop I want replaced under warranty.
A email robot posted back to me that they were 2 WEEKS behind on emails and please be patient and etc.

If you are going to call the best time would be early AM. Their que can only hold 30 calls. As you probably know already that fills up fast. That should tell you something.

As a indicator of how bad things are. Go to Ebay and price xl650 presses, or any reloading press.
SO many people are ordering Dillon can't keep up by a long stretch and the prices on ebay I saw were 1000 plus for xl650's with conversion kit.
Some as  high as 1600 with a few more extras.

A blooming Lee Classic Turret kit that normally goes for 190 bucks at
Midway sold for 350 dollars plus shipping on ebay the other night.

I'm half tempted to put my ancient 1993 era XL650 up for sale. Hah.

 Make some profit.

Oh, and their warranty is no BS. I've used it a couple times over the years.

Just for now, for the next few months, it will be a very trying period.

Tips on getting through.... It's pretty crazy over there right now apparently. There are two numbers listed at the top of the screen. A 1-800 number and a local 480 number. If you want to get through you have to call the 480 number. The 800 number usually gives me a rapid busy indicating it's full or off the hook. Dunno.
You'll get a human but they will probably put you on hold for 40-90 minutes. Just don't hang up because you go to the back of the line.
