Non cannelure

Hi, I've gotten comfortable making LRN 45acp rounds using bullets that have a cannelure. I've been crimping to .469. I would like to try loading some of Berry's plated 230 gr bullets but they have no cannelure. Do I have to make any changes in my crimping ? Thanks, Jim

Nope, your crimp is fine. just don't crimp any tighter.
