Not Exactly Dillon Equipment, But Dillon Specific

Found an easy way to drain powder from my SL900 powder measure. Beats the heck out of

removing the entire powder measure.

that would certainly work

I went a different route and got a quick disconnect for the powder measure. Here is one example https://entirelycrimson.com/collections/dillon-xl-750/products/dillon-powder-measure-quick-disconnect

the SDB uses a different disconnect and they make one for it also

steps are simple

remove the failsafe pin

pull handle down just a bit

pull the disconnect out enough to clear the powder die (the funnel sits inside of this)

raise the powder measure off the machine

rotate slightly to remove the failsafe rod

now ready to dump the powder back into its container

Takes less time to do it than to read the directions

just another way to skin a cat

BETTER THAN HOT WATER!!!

Just received a pair of them.....one for pistol and one for rifle powder measures.

Went on easily and will allow powder measure to be taken off and reinstalled in seconds.
