Older version powder measure

I have an older powder measure, really old the powder plastic tube already 100% discoloration can hardly see the poweder inside, would dillon update this to the latest and greatest version as part of no bs warranty.

We will replace the clear hopper tube under warranty. The updates are not a warranty item, however. While your measure is here we will install the updates, but you have to pay for the parts.
