I haven't used my RL550B for about 3 years. It's been sitting in my garage on the bench, covered up.  So, I got started back loading a week or so ago.  Yesterday, and then again today, when I am raising the Operating Arm back up (lowering the shell plate), it "hits" something...almost like something is blocking it from raising the rest of the way.  I have looked while backing off and then raising it slowly to try to see what is stopping it. I can't see anything that would be in the way of it raising on up and complete the lowering of the shell plate.  I can "power" thru it, but I don't like doing that.  This does not happen every time, occasionally.

Any help would be appreciated.
