Order Status

I just ordered my third Dillon reloader.  I love your products and will continue to recommend you to all of my friends.

It sure would be nice to be able to check the status of one's order.  Perhaps an e-mail notification complete with tracking number would be appropriate?  Or a place on the website to check an order.

I placed my order via on-line last Sunday.  On Monday I got an order confirmation but nothing else.  I don't even know if it was shipped yet and certainly don't have a clue as to when to expect it to arrive.  I love this company but there is a need for some ability to follow up on one's order.

I just placed an order today for my second RL550B and I couldn't agree more!  I just spent 10 minutes browsing around this site and I couldn't believe in this day and age they don't already have this.  Needless to say I'm checking because I didn't get an e-mail today saying anything has shipped, and I'm anxious to get this baby in and set it up.

Dillon customer service - are you guys listening???

If you phone or e-mail us, we are happy to look up the tracking and shipping information for you. The tracking information is not available until the morning after the order ships, so wait a day or so before contacting us.

should not have to call in for an order update, not even a link to cancel or change an order right after you make it. just another company who does not care much after they have your money. typical good product or not no customer service equals better business bureau.

There have been posts going back to 2008 about Dillion updating thier software, to include an online order status function. 

 I work for the United States Government and WE don't even take this long to update our software.
