ORDER TRACKING

How about putting an order tracker on your website, and keeping it updated?

That would be so much easier than wondering, and/or having to call.  Just a thought.

P.S.:  The drop form forced a forum category choice, and there wasn't an appropriate one, so I chose that one.

At this time it won't be on the website, but we are making some major hardware updates, that when done will automatically e-mail the tracking information to you when the order ships.

Again, because there is nowhere else to place this comment/question: I have been a customer for 15 years. I have purchased two machines and numerous pieces of equipment from Dillon, all in all probably thousands of dollars. In the earlier years, your shipping was top notch. I even received something from you folks under warranty next day! But, when I pay for the shipping, I have to wait longer? Why do you charge $9.99 shipping for FedEx and I am being told that an item being shipped out on the 15th won't be received until the 21st? If I am going to pay almost $10.00 on two items that barely weigh a pound, can't you folks do any better than that? I hate to admit it, but I have paid less to the Post Office and have mailed things that are delivered in less time. At $10.00 a pound, someone is getting taken to the cleaners here.
