overall length issues
Quote from Reloader on July 16, 2016, 7:43 pmI am new to the dillion 650 and have been loading on a single stage press for the last couple years. I have started loading 9mm on my dillion 650 and i am having overall length variances of .010 and was wondering if that was to be expected or if i should be expecting tighter tolerances. im used to my single stage giving me +/- .002 so do i just have to high of expectations or am i possible doing something wrong. Thanks for any help you can provide....

Quote from Reloader on July 19, 2016, 4:16 pm.010" is well within tolerances. However, if you adjust the seat die with a fired case in station 1, then you get the same upward pressure on your toolhead that you will when you actually reload. This will reduce your variation.
