Parts needed for small to large primer caliber conversion

Hi,

Buying a SDB as soon I figure out the answer the the question here. Buying SDB with .38 setup. Also buying a .45 conversion. Do I have to buy a Large Complete Primer System (#20253) in order to load .45?

When sold by Dillon, the SDB includes a separate primer slide assembly and magazine tube for the size of primer not installed on the machine.
