Persistent problems with primer system

Beyond these, I recommend you phone us when you are in front of the machine so we can walk through the various adjustments on the primer feed. You can start by removing the primer feed from the frame, and cycling it by hand. Does it drop a primer correctly each time?

I've been down the 'discouraging road' and it's not really fair to knock the manufacturer until or unless ALL alternate 'roads' have been explored.
I have two suggestions (if you haven't already tried them) Pam. Is it possible that the aluminum filler tube is not completely straight? And, I assume you are using the Primer Follower Rod?

I too own a SDB machine and love it. Sorry you have had problems with primer feeding. No company can boast of 100% customer satisfaction however, Dillon Precision is by far, THE BEST company with which I have ever done business. THEY WILL EVENTUALLY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM IF YOU STICK WITH THEM!
