Possibly defective machine

If the tip of the primer tube, one inside the blast tube not the primer pick-up tube, gets mangled you have to replace it. Once they become bent they don't work.
I would think you might have some spares with the machine. Dillon is great about replacing them.I periodically clean the primer tubes with a wooden dowel and small patch (like for .22s)
was there any damage to the shipping box? could be someone used it as a football while in transit.
If the tip of the primer tube, one inside the blast tube not the primer pick-up tube, gets mangled you have to replace it. Once they become bent they don't work.
