powder bar over-travel
Quote from Reloader on May 15, 2020, 2:10 pmI'm loading 9mm on my 550 and am having a bit of an issue with the powder bar/belling . When I adjust for just-right bell, the powder bar travels too far and presses the cube against the back of the housing (the cube has now cracked). If I adjust for not-enough bell, the bar travels is just right but the pc bullets suffer. I'm thinking it can be fixed by placing a shim on top of the powder funnel, but first I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue?

If you have cracks you have some other issue probably unrelated to your adjustment. I suggest you call Customer Service.
