Powder charge damaging cases

Do you have the alignment tool?
Did you use it to align the shell plate holder?Is the ball bearing detent and spring functioning?
When you have the dies dialed in, do you have a shell in every station for the final snug down of the lock rings?

WHen I tighten the shell plate down, it is very hard to turn. Also, one side of the plate seems harder to turn that the rest; as if the shellplate is not flat and rubs on one side. I will tighten the plate bolt down and see if that fixes the issue.
