Powder clamp not holding
Quote from Reloader on January 13, 2010, 12:37 amI have just gotten a Square Deal B press which I converted over to 9 MM from .45 ACP. The collar clamp is losing it's grip on the Powder die as I believe it is not fitting into the groove on the top area of the Powder die. When I install the Powder Clamp Screw the Powder Clamp is still uneven and tilted topwards portion outwards from the axis of the Powder Die.
It works for a few operations but after about 3 or 4 cycles it loosens up completely and the powder assembly is just flopping around and all operation stop. Do I absolutely have to install the Collar Sleeve?
