Powder Drop

Ok, so I'm sure that this isn't a new issue but I couldn't find the fix on the forum.

The powder drop needs adjustment and I can't seem to figure it out. It seems like the powder bar and part number 17839 aren't moving properly. The spring seems to have enough tension. The fail-safe bar will not go all the way down on the down stroke...

Further, 17839 seems to get hung up on the powder drop bracket. I have some pictures, but obviously, we can't upload them.

It's pretty frustrating. I consider myself a pretty mechanical guy and this time me and Youtube can't figure it out.

I am new to the Dillon reloading world. Did single stage for rifle for years.

A link to a video or a Skype call would be totally appreciated.

got it. tighten the wing nut on the fail safe rod

I tried that, but it on the down stroke it seems to cause too much tension on the fail safe rod and it looks like its gonna bend it or break it.

This is getting pretty frustrating.

Did you thread the failsafe rod through both openings on the slotted bellcrank? Refer to page 54 of the instruction manual.
