Powder follower ?

I notice on the cover of my new Square Deal B it shows a follower sitting on top of the powder. I did not find it in my box. Should there have been one? Thanks .. K

This is an optional piece of equipment, not included in the machine. It is the low powder sensor, stock#16306. The purpose is when the volume of powder in the hopper gets down to within about one inch above the baffle, then the alarm goes off to let you know.
