powder leaking

as you can see from the picture this is after loading about 150 rds. I received a new powder measure from you about a month ago still the same problem

No photo came through. What powder are you using? Throwing how many grains? Using what size powder bar? where is powder leaking?

I’m having the same problem! I’m using 4.6 grains of bullseye powder.

Using what size powder bar? where is powder leaking?

Leaking on shell plate. Using small powder bar.

There are a couple of possible causes of this. First, be sure the powder bar is going full travel before the handle bottoms out. Handgun calibers flare the case, and the flaring occurs after the powder bar reaches the limit of its travel. Handgun cases should be flared to at least .010" larger than a sized, unflared case mouth measures.
Next, static cling can cause powder to cling to the inside of the powder funnel, where as the case is pulled down and off the funnel, the funnel is jarred by the sudden stop in downward travel. This will dislodge powder held in it by static. For cure this, use a dryer anti-static sheet to wipe off the powder funnel and the plastic hopper tube. Then cut a 3/4" wide strip from the long side of the dryer sheet, run it down into the hopper tube until it contacts the metal base of the measure. Fold the excess over the outside of the hopper tube, and tape it in place. Then pour the powder back into the hopper.
