The short answer is maybe. If the automatic powder measure is an order one without the failsafe return linkage, it will freely function on the RL450 loader. Just be sure to use the powder die intended for the automatic powder measure. If the powder measure has the failsafe system, then you will need to add the failsafe bracket to the RL450.
